How returning works

You can return items from different orders in one parcel. Just select all items during registration.

Send the item back in the original packaging. Remove the old shipping label.

Ship

After payment (if applicable) you’ll receive a return label and can send the parcel.

After receipt we process your return within 14 business days. Refund within 10 days after processing.

Return shipping costs

  • Germany: €6.99
  • EU + Norway: €9.99
  • Switzerland + UK: €14.99
  • Choose store credit? Then we cover the return shipping costs.
  • After paying the return shipping (if applicable), you’ll receive a return label.
  • For more than 5 items, we charge a surcharge of €0.50 per additional item.

Return conditions

To process your return, the item must meet the following requirements.

The tag is still attached to the item.
The item must not be worn or washed.
The item is in original condition and undamaged (no make-up stains, sweat and/or perfume smells).
Jewelry must not be worn.
Return the item in the original packaging.

What will you get back?

You will receive a refund of the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) after we receive your return. If you return the entire order, the full purchase amount including outbound shipping will be refunded.

Promotions & discounts

If you used a promotion (e.g., a multi-buy discount) and return one or more items, the discount may be removed if you no longer meet the promotion’s conditions.

Where will the refund be sent?

We will refund you within 10 days after processing, using the same payment method you used at checkout.

Did you (partly) pay with a Fashioncheque? That amount will be refunded as a Lotsofleah gift card.

If you return the parcel using your own shipping label, you are responsible for successful delivery. Unfortunately, we can’t help if the parcel gets lost or arrives damaged.

Can I return items from different orders together?
Yes. Select all items in the return portal during registration and place them in one parcel.
What if my return doesn’t meet the conditions?
We may partially or fully refuse the return. Make sure tags are attached and items are unworn and undamaged.
