Delivery time

When can you expect your order?

  • DHL - Germany/Austria:
    Orders placed on business days before 23:45 are shipped the same day
    Orders placed on Sunday before 17:00 are shipped the same day
  • DPD:
    Orders placed on business days before 21:30 are shipped the same day
  • Budbee:
    Orders placed on business days before 22:00 are shipped the same day
  • During checkout, you’ll see the expected delivery date for your address

Shipping costs

An overview of shipping costs.

  • Free shipping on orders from €75 (or the equivalent in your currency)
  • Below that, shipping costs are:
  • €4.99 for orders to Germany
  • €4.99 for all orders with Budbee
  • €5.99 for orders to all other countries

DHL for deliveries to Germany & Austria. DPD for all other countries.

Pickup point
DPD / DHL / Budbee

Prefer pickup when it suits you? Choose a pickup point. The available carrier (DPD, DHL or Budbee) depends on your location.
